Make an Appointment to Visit our Customer Service Center (CSC)

The New Jersey Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services' Customer Service Center (CSC) will move to an appointment-based system effective August 24, 2020. We will no longer accept walk in service without an appointment to ensure the safety of the public and staff.


How to Make an Appointment

  • Select the reason you are requesting an appointment.
  • Complete the appointment request form on the next page.
  • Provide a phone number that accepts calls from a restricted number.
  • Make sure the information you enter is complete and accurate.
  • An employee will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment.
    ** PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO VISIT THE OFFICE WITHOUT A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. **
  • If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we will schedule a date and time for an office visit.
  • Same day appointments are not available.
  • We cannot offer multi-lingual service at this time. If neccessary, we will permit you to be accompanied by an interpreter/translator.
